Partner

Stacie L. Naczelnik

Stacie is originally from California, but has lived in the Pacific Northwest since moving here for college. She majored in English with an emphasis in Creative Writing, and she brings the analytical and writing skills from that experience to every case she works on. In addition to her law practice, Stacie volunteers as a volunteer attorney at Snohomish County Legal Services and the King County DV Family Law Clinic. She also mentors law students and newer attorneys. In the past, she was an executive committee member of the Low Bono Section of the Washington State Bar Association.

Stacie is committed to helping people face difficult situations, whether it is helping people struggling financially to find more affordable options to access legal assistance or recognizing the specific challenges a domestic violence survivor faces when navigating the law. While in law school at Seattle University, she interned at SU’s Domestic Violence Clinic where she worked with survivors of domestic violence to help them obtain protection orders and U Visas. Stacie worked at Seattle Community Law Center for a summer, where she assisted clients with applying for Social Security benefits and appealing benefit overpayments or terminations. She also volunteered with the Access to Justice Institute’s Immigrant Detainee Justice Project. After law school, Stacie was a volunteer attorney at ELAP, where she assisted survivors of domestic violence in their family law cases.

Stacie remains dedicated to helping everyone have access to justice, and it is this commitment that is the foundation of her law practice. Stacie lives in Snohomish County with her family.
